PLACE USING
At - more specific
Use: completed adress, specific places
Ex: at home, at Extra Supermarket, at 233 Paulista Avenue
On - more or less specific
Use: name of streets and avenue
Ex: on Paulista Avenue, on Sé Square
In - less specific
Use: continents, countries, states, provinces, cities etc related to it,
